Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these requirements:

  • It must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at born@bornbrands.com.au. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your item.

Damages and Issues

We request that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at born@bornbrands.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (including special orders and personalised items)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For any questions or concerns about specific items, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original item as per the return process. Once the return is accepted, you may then place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
